Breakfast Nachos!!

Flour tortilla chips
Pita chips
Crumbled bacon (fried)
Chopped linguica (browned)
Chopped fresh cilantro
Diced tomato (lightly fried)
Lightly scrambled eggs
Topped with shredded cheddar and jalepeno jack

Layer the ingredients a couple times in a baking pan and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

I almost have all the ingredients I need to make this for brunch tomorrow. 🙂

I’m also hankering for waffles and breakfast pizza…
